I bought some farro a little while back. I was wanting to make some meatballs out of them. Do you have any recipe for that? Or any recipe using farro. I don't want to use any meat in the recipe though.

I have a one pound can of 100% pure coconut flour. It is factory sealed yet. But the date on the bottom of the can says expiration date of 1/10. Is it safe to use or should I toss it?
