"Wow! These are great! Lentils really help my blood sugar and I'm always looking for creative lentil recipes. These sure fit the bill!I put a tablespoon of olive oil into the water instead of tossing them, and I used a Sil-Pat, so there was no sticking at all. And I just used salt and cayenne pepper. They took about 30 minutes to cook. My 5 kids ..."
