"This was delicious! The meat came out very tender from both the velveting as well as only cooking the meat until the edges were brown. Next time I may try some if the other posters suggestions, hoisin, onions, etc..,this recipe will definitely make its way into our house's menu rotation!"

Love the Cheesecake Factory, love making asian style dishes. My favorite food is Peanut Butter but unfortunately my husband is allergic to all nuts. LOL.
