"This cake is scrumptious - the combination of the lemon, cinnamon and toasted walnuts were so delicious! With the comments about the glaze I reduced the amount but proportionately add more lemon juice. This was a mistake the glaze was delicious and I wanted more - I should have just increased the lemon juice. The one problem with this recipe was..."

"We enjoyed these beans, the seasoning was really good. I reduced the amount of cloves and paprika - the first because it gives me heartburn and the second because I don't care for it. The cumin with the garlic and just a little bit of the other spices and a generous sprinkle of kosher salt was just right for us. I used frozen haricots verts ..."

"This is a delicious spice rub! I Made it as written except for reducing the quantity and grinding coriander seed. I used it on shrimp, sprinkling it on generously then letting it sit for about 30 minutes. I sautéed the shrimp in butter and olive oil, then after they were cooked removed the shrimp and added garlic, lemon juice and little mor..."

"I know this is a dish that is often eaten for breakfast in Spain. Breakfast, snack, appetizer, dinner - it would be delicious anytime. The simplicity of the dish calls for quality ingredients - we had a great Ciabatta that I sliced and toasted - would love it on the grill, the tomato was ok - this is not the best time of year for fresh tomatoes in..."

"For me these were closer to 3 stars for flavor - though DH said a solid 4 star, but I gave them the higher level for an interesting ingredient and just being different. I was surprised how little "batter" there is, it was difficult to keep them together I ended up using a little extra flour and a little more oil then stated. The calendul..."

"This was so delicious! It was a nicely spicy without being overwhelming, as has a little sweetness to compliment the savoriness. The only changes I made were browning the roast and using frozen oj. I used more than 3 tbls of rub and still have lots left over. Thanks for sharing, I will definitely make this again. Made for PRMRT"

"This was a very tasty dish, I liked the contrast of the savoriness of the red pepper sauce and the sweetness of the scallops. The only change I would make would be to use low sodium chicken broth as the pepper sauce was a bit too salty for my taste. I reduced the recipe to one serving and pan grilled my scallops. Made for PRMRT."

"A tasty, not very sweet biscotti. The chocolate drizzle is a nice touch but could easily be skipped. I thought they could be a little crunchier but are good if you aren't dunking into coffee. I used almonds and Trader Joe's dark cocoa and chocolate. Made for PRMRT."

"This was a good shrimp dish, I really liked the cilantro and onion, though I thought it could use more seasoning. My one issue is the cooking time, shrimp cook fast and my shrimp were done at 10 minutes which meant the coating was only partly crispy. If I had left them in 10 more minutes they would have tasted like erasers. I'd like to try th..."

"This is a fresh and tasty salad. I have to say I prefer balsamic vinegar in this type of salade to the lemon juice but it's a nice alternative. Made for PAC 2013 Spring Safari"
