    Reviewed Soft Snickerdoodle Cookies

    "These turned out perfectly! I only softened the butter, not melted it and I did not refrigerate my cookie sheets. I also added 1/2 tsp. Vanilla. I will be making these again!"

    Reviewed Whipped Cream Frosting

    "I made this using the chocolate version and vanilla version with added blue food coloring and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar. I thought it was a wonderful frosting to work with. I made 3 separate batches. 1 recipe was enough to frost a 9-inch 4 layer cake with none left over for decorating. I piped some on my cake for decorating and it worked pretty well..."

    "I doubled the recipe and made the chocolate version for my cake filling. It made enough to fill a 4-layer 9-inch cake and a 4-layer 6-inch cake. I made it the night before and it held up well, even being out of the fridge for about 4 hours the following day. It was VERY thick, thick enough to stand a spoon up in.
