"I love anything that is done in a crock pot and this is no exception. We liked all the veggies, however next time I will add even more carrots (I had put in 2 as is and decrease the amount of potatoes. I also felt it could have used more of a "kick", didn't seem very Cajun. On the plus side the pork was super moist and tender and w..."

"What could be better than tomatoes and onions and easy, also. We really liked the addition of honey, it took the bite of the vinegar away and left a nice flavor. Can't wait to try these in the summer when we have nice fresh tomatoes."

"This was an interesting way to make tuna patties. I cut down on the mayo called for, as I do not find it very healthy - so only added a few tablespoons. Even with that adjustment, these were super moist and even after refrigerating like suggested they were mushy. However, the flavor was excellant and a nice change from the ordinary tuna patty."

"What a great, quick and easy sauce to go with our chicken strips tonight. Had some leftover, so will use as a sauce for veggie snacks."

"These were good tacos. We enjoyed the sauce, it was a nice addition. I used hard shells and ground turkey. Will add it to my list of weekday meals."

"This was a nice recipe, but mine came out quite runny, I think the next time I make it I will use less chicken stock. I enjoyed the pearl barley, it turned out tender and a nice match with the chicken. I also felt it needed more veggies - made two carrots and more peas. But it definitely had a nice flavor."

"This was a yummy potato salad, my husband really liked it because it didn't have eggs in it. I only added a tinny bit of sugar and also limited the cheese. A nice change from the average potato salad."

"Very nice sandwich, huge in size. My husband enjoyed the onion, apple combo. I thought there was a little too much going, as it seemed to overpower the sausage at times. But, all in all it was a great sandwich."

"This was a simple and hardy meal. I like when I can cook my veggies and meat all in one dish. What makes this chicken is the honey/stock sauce you put on at the end, without it I think this would not be near as good as it was. I loved the chance to use parsnips in a way I actually enjoyed."

"Decided to make this in preparation for my trip to New Orleans which has wonderful Bloody Mary's. It was really good and I enjoyed the flavor, it was spot on. I never got a chance to post this before leaving on my trip, so I must say it rivaled a couple of the Bloody Marys I had in New Orleans and surpassed many of them."
