    "This was really bland - maybe kids would like it but I didn't.The recipe itself is OK - instructions are good. I just found that it didnt taste like much, was quite on the heavy side with an oily aftertaste.
    I made individual servings so maybe that was why"

    Having come from a house full of cooks (both parents ran a catering company) I have been around food all my life.

    I really love food.. both sweet and savoury but I primarily cook desserts. I cook everything from scratch and sell my cupcakes under my catering company Mortar & Pestle.

    Favorite Foods

    Any chocolate cake especially sascher torte. Date and ginger puddings for winter. I love homemade sushi and lemon risotto.
