"This cheesecake made a grown man cry! I baked this for my friend for his birthday (I do a special cake for every member of my administrative team. He is from NY and begged me to take a piece for his mother (80+ years old. If I could give more stars, I would. It's PERFECT."

"I baked these for my latest catering gig...a pig roast.... and served them with fresh strawberries.....after I watched 12 dozen cookies disappear, I knew I had a winner. I used half shortening and half real butter. It made a chewy/crisp on the outside cookie. I also added 3/4 tsp of lemon extract. They are STILL talking about the cookies.....a..."

"This was just what I was looking for! A not-too-heavy, but filling soup for a drizzly day. I doubled the recipe, using two small boxes of frozen, thawed spinach and it was ready in no time. I did make the meatballs ahead of time and browned them in a frying pan. I actually started this a day ahead. The carrots were shredded ahead and dinner was on..."

"This soup is just plain wonderful! I started using the recipe shortly after it was posted and forgot to post a review as it quickly became a staple in our home. My parents love it! My son loves it! I don't use the coca cola and I sometimes substitute what veggies I have on hand for the other ingredients. The only place I DON'T fool around is ..."

"I made these up for an appetizer for DS 14th birthday. Boy, were they a hit! My niece continued to come back for more (a huge thing for little miss "I don't like meat". I simplified the process by using a lg can (10 oz of chicken (white meat and to keep it on the more mild side I also used canned green chilis. I thought with only having 6 pe..."

"Oh, my! It was lucky that I sent most of these on a trip to California with the wrestling team because I would have gained 15 pounds! The toffee makes them sooooo good! Do watch them during the last 5 minutes of baking, though. They will get too brown in the oven if left too long! You can cut them much smaller and get way more than 20. "

"WOW! Was this ever good! Aside from the spinach, it could be done entirely with ingredients from the freezer, and I did that tonight. I pre-grilled chicken breasts (marinated in Italian dressing, had frozen pesto and broccoli florets, had a package of alfredo mix and a jar of red peppers! I guess I just walked into this one! Everything but ..."

"I consider my father's approval very hard to win-this got his attention! He said to me "I always pass this salad by when I'm at a salad bar, I guess I don't know why". I told him to try some and he LOVED IT! Asked me for three days if "I still had some of that salad around?". The only hint I'd give is-Buy high quality beans! "
