"This zuke bread is awesome! I added pecans pieces....mmmmm. The only problem I've had is that i always expect it to be done in one hour, when it usually takes an additional 20 minutes to cook through. In all my excitement to eat it, I've cut into it while it was still doughy. This time, I remembered, and everyone enjoyed it...even the 4 year old w..."

"This was good with just the pumpkin- but you got to try it with sweet potatoes in it too- they compliment each other great and makes an 'ok dish' superb. I also added a lil' bit of crumbled dry sweet basil.Thanx for the idea- I didn't want to make soup or pie with my pumpkin."

"Loved these!! I used whole kernal corn, very chunky, juicy texture...even had some for breakfast the next day! My husband and kids would probably like them even more if i had used the cream corn, i'll have to try that next time. I did add a little parsley to batter and a tiny bit of fresh ground pepper. "Very Yummy!! I used bacon bits as well, and used finely diced vidalia onion....and added about a teaspoon of dijon mustard. To spruce it up, I placed one piece of shredded carrot as a "cherry stem" on top of each! Will def. try this one again...maybe with some ranch next time. A wonderful recipe to play around with and make it yours."
