"I changed it up a bit. I added some rice from the previous night in the crockpot. I then wrapped up the contents in a wheat wrap with a little sour cream, cheese and salsa and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. It came out great! Reminded my Costa Rican husband of the Tamales he loves from home."
