"This is a great basic recipe for pot pie. The round numbers meant I could add and subtract veggies at my taste. Glad to have a solid ratio of butter to flour to cream/stock. Oh, I used heavy cream in mine because it's what I had. Very good review. Might make it another time with beef instead!"
