    About Me

I live in Seoul, Korea. My husband is an Army chaplain and this is our third international home. When we married, 33 years ago, I knew how to cook VERY LITTLE. We made a plan -- I would learn how to bake pies (I love them) and he would learn to bake bread (he loves homebaked bread). We both reached our goals, but I alone have continued to have the time and energy to pursue cooking. I like plain cooking and am enjoying learning to add vegetarian entrees to our diet.
