"I use this recipe frequently. I reduce the seasoning salt and up the mayo - personal preference. Hubby isn't a fan of onions and usually I just chop them smaller, but thus time I used the green ends of the green onions. This worked great, too. Excellent recipe! Thanks so much for sharing."

"Too much pepper and salt for a pound of pork. I could see 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Also, 1.5 hours was too long as pork only needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 160'F."

"I added 1c. of shredded old cheddar cheese on top. I poked the cheese down with my finger so half was below the surface. This made them moist. Next time I might add some mustard powder, and use onion salt instead of salt. They were really bland, which I thought my little kids might appreciate, but not the adults."

"My children say, "They're super good!" I never thought to sift muffins before. It makes a lot of sense because the dry ingredients would moisten quicker, therefore there would be less stirring. I got 12 really small muffins from this recipe, so next time I will try for 8 and they should be a better size for us. I also dipped them in melted butter,..."

"We loved the flavor combinations. I have never made chutney from scratch before, and DH loved it. The store didn't have great mangoes or jalapenos. So, I used some Del Monte peaches and mangoes and pickled jalapeno slices. I reduced the amount of vinegar to compensate for pickled jalapenos. I was worried it wouldn't taste right, but shockingly it ..."

"This cornbread was beautiful and tasty. I used it to top a Spiced Beef Corn Bread Cobbler, instead of the one with the recipe."

"It is good but I would have like some additional flavor, from some spices. This would have gone great with the texture of the sandwich. I threw in a small granny smith apple - peeled, cored and small cubes - which was a personal addition. Next time I will experiment with a touch of curry powder."

"We love these. I changed how I do the cream cheese and make it differently. I added 2 Tbsp of Butter, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 3/4 c. powdered sugar. I beat this together but not too much, or it becomes grainy. I put 1/2 the muffin mix in the muffin cup. Then I add a dollop of the cream cheese mix in the center; I use wet fingers to push the c..."

"Amazing! I was searching for hot chocolate and this popped up. It is absolutely delicious and so simple to make. I love it even more because it isn't powdery, and it isn't oily. Lovely combination of hazelnut and hot chocolate. I am glad you posted it."

"A quick easy meal that was very tasty. I had a couple cans of cooked chicken that really need to be used, so I substituted them. Also, I used a red pepper instead of the green pepper. I might up the vegetables next time with the addition of diced tomatoes. Thanks for sharing!"
