"Thanks for a great recipe. It has already become a staple in our house! The flavours worked perfectly, and there was more than enough to put on a feta, chicken, olive and basil pizza the next night. I was going to blend it to use as a pizza sauce, but left it as it was, and the chunks of vegetables were a great added texture to the pizza."

"This is such a tasty, easy recipe to prepare. I was a bit nervous as it didn't look as though it'd have much flavour, but the salsa worked really well. Because i was too lazy to cook rice, i added in 2 Tbsp of cornflour at the same time as the cheese, and it turned out beautifully thick and creamy.
