"YUM! My husband is a celiac so I had to modify the recipe to exclude wheat. I used the flour combo that Alton Brown uses in his gluten free cookies and it worked out great. The recipe makes lots of cookies so I froze most of the batch in separate cookies so I can just pull out a few and cook them whenever we want them. My husband says this is ..."

"OH YUM!!! This is such a great dish, I think it will now be my go to potato side dish. I could not find fingerlings in my nearby stores so I used very small red and white potatoes. In the smashing process I added 4 slices of already cooked bacon and sprinkled with chives when serving. I will make these over and over if my teenage son has anyth ..."

"I am very confused. I made this recipe today and I could not make it come to a "dough" state to be rolled. I started adding extra dry ingredients but at some point that is just a waste of more product. I threw it all out and made another recipe. Perhaps it is the peanut butter; ours is a bit less viscous than regular Skippy. Whatever the reaso..."

"This recipe is confusing because it is called "Sweet Potato,..." but the ingredients call for yams but the body of the instructions mentions sweet potatoes. The color in the picture looks more like yams, but I used sweet potatoes. The flavor was really good, and I will make it again, but maybe I will try yams instead."
