    Hi all!

    I've been cooking for around 2 years ever since I started following a vegan diet. I try to keep all my recipes nice and healthy but I never scrimp on flavour! 

    I enjoy baking, thinking up new dishes and more recently, food photography.

    My husband and I love to travel, are fitness focussed and enjoy the simpler things in life.

    Where to start:

    My favourite dishes usually include some version of my Black Olive Tapenade, generally pasta dishes. I also love teaming my dishes with Polenta (mixed with veg stock and some basil & oregano). 

    My family and friends love my home made Millionaire's Shortbread.
