    Reviewed Swedish Meatballs

"I followed all the directions without any modifications, except I used regular butter and not clarified butter. I have to agree (with a lot of the previous reviews) that these were pretty bland and so was the sauce. I served them over butter egg noodles and my husband and I both thought it was missing something but couldn't put our finger on it.""

    Reviewed Janet's Pad Thai

"This was so good. My husband & I loved it! It was a little sweet to me, but I didn't use tamarind paste so maybe that was why. I couldn't find tamarind paste or red thai curry powder so I didn't use them but used regular currey powder instead. I would recommend doubling the meat!! I am making this again tonight with double the steak, 5 ounces wasn't enough for us or for all the leftover noodles. Of course, I am on a mission to find tamarind paste & red Thai curry powder too!"

    Reviewed Pad Thai

"We did not care for this recipe, it was not sweet enough for us. My husband I love Janet's Pad Thai recipe from Food Network as it is sweeter and includes beef. I have made her recipe several times and it's my favorite but saw Sandra's recipe and decided to give it a try tonight. I will not be making this again."

I am making this again tonight with double the steak (the recipe calls for), less rice stick noodles (4-5 ounces) and adding spicy chili sauce. Of course, I am on a mission to find tamarind paste & red Thai curry powder too!
