    About Me

Mum to 3 sons and 3 daughters, ages 39 down to 30. One married and is expecting their first child Feb. of the year. Another son is getting married this July. Great family.

    Favorite Foods

Pretty much everything! Love a great roast of beef with roast potatoes and lots of turnip, cabbage and other veggies. Sound British, Yeah, my Dad was born in England and my Mum the British Isles also. Love chicken cacciatore, salmon done right. Vegetarian Lasaga, cabbage rolls, different dishes from different cultures. But I still love my North American cookbooks and from British Isles.
