    "spectacular: quick, easy to make, apart from the squash these are ingredients you are likely to have on hand, inexpensive, can i say delicious again? i added a 1/2 tsp of curry powder and in spite of its simple composition, this soup is surprisingly rich and satisfying."

    "delicious. even my 14 yr old carnivore nephew had seconds. i substituted 1 tbsp of olive oil and a small can (10 oz? tomato paste for the 1/4 c veg oil, used fat free cottage cheese, used bran flakes rather than corn flakes, and added some extra onion, about 1/3 c total.
    i will definitely make this again."
