"Really enjoyed the taste of this! I used crushed ginger from a jar as I didn't have fresh, and used about one and a half tablespoons. Even though I don't like a lot of ginger I found this to be a nice amount. Adding sourcream made it a little creamy for my taste, but I found that a little parmesan was perfect."
