Although I am a healthcare professional, Cooking was always a passion for me. For the past two years I was on fat free diet due to my high blood lipid profile. Now I have to go on low carbs as well due to other health problems I am suffering from.
Low fat and Low carb diet is very difficult to hang on to, but I have to do this as otherwise I am expecting my health to deteriorate further, even though I am still in my fourties.
I would appreciate any help with such recipies or ideas how I can modify recipies to become lower in carbs and fats.
