    New Topic Question:Perfect- Prime- Rib in Cooking Q & A

    "Perfect Prime Rib I have used this recipe for years with great success but this Christmas I am having more guests. I already cook a whole rib roast but think I will need a 2nd smaller roast as I will have 20 people to feed. Can I use this for 2 roasts at the same time.
