    My Journal

    Reviewed Chocolate Truffles

"I made the grapefruit variation of these, and it was fantastic!! The only downside I found was that, when I let the mixture cool the amount of time stated in the recipe, it was still very soft so my truffles are a little puddle-shaped. However, with the mixture of sugar and grapefruit zest on top, they are still pretty, and the taste is phenomenal"

    Reviewed Spicy Chocolate Truffles

"Although these are delicious, I was really hoping to taste the pepper more. I think calling them "spicy" is a definite misnomer. However, if you like a little bit of chili flavor in your chocolate, this is a good recipe."

    About Me

I'm 28 years old and I'm an archaeologist, working all over Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. I tend not to use many recipes, and when I do, I almost always change them at least a little bit.

    Favorite Foods

I don't really have a favorite dish to cook, but I have a pasta salad recipe my family loves.
