    About Me

    I am originally from Texas. I have been married for 21 years, and have 2 kids, son-18 and daughter-6 We are currently living in Mexico. (for the 2nd time) I enjoy this website, because I am sometimes limited to what ingredients I can find in the stores here. And by searching all of the different versions of the same recipe, I am able to choose one that doesn't have too many hard to find ingredients.

    Favorite Foods

    I am always trying to cook different dishes for my friends, who are used to Mexican food only. They love everything that I cook. They have never tried food that I am accustomed to, so therefore, I'm famous for everything I cook and serve! Seriously though, I'm not that great of a cook, but I do like to experiment.
