    "Very good! My husband really liked it. I did add a little fresh thyme & instead of the fresh carrot, I stirred in a bag of frozen mixed veggies. Once I added the broth to the beef and veggies, I let it simmer for about 5 minutes before putting in the casserole dish. Also, I made a little extra gravy, about a cup and a half. Loved it & great u""
