"The vegetables MUST be sauteed first! Followed the directions and added raw onion and peppers to the dish. The vegetables were still crunchy and the onion was overpowering even after 1.5 hrs in the oven. Had to toss all of the leftovers. No one liked it!"

"Keeping in mind these are low-fat cookies, they are excellent. A little more cake-like than a traditional chocolate cookie, but still delicious. The batch only yielded 25 small cookies though. The cookies must be pretty small to yield 40."

"This is a great recipe! I used chicken breasts and they were so tender (and fully cooked after an hour. I also added pineapple and red bell pepper and substituted pineapple juice for some of the maple syrup. The sauce was a little more sour than sweet. I might add a little brown sugar next time."
