    Reviewed Most Simple Vegetarian White Gravy

    "This was very simple to make. I loved that. The ingredients are always on hand. My only complaint is that I did not find it too salty like some reviewers, I found it a little bland. It needed a stronger country gravy flavor. But as vegetarians perhaps we cannot have this? However, overall, it was very good. My husband loved it."

    Reviewed Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

    "I just made these and was not terribly impressed. They are dry and crumbly. I realize that adding more egg may help this but they are not dynamic or especially good. I love peanut butter but unfortunately there are better recipes out there. However, if you must be flour-free than this is a good recipe as the cookies are not terrible just not great."

    About Me

    I love cooking and baking. My husband jokes that he is better at cooking but I think we are almost even but I definately have him beat at baking! I love making cupcakes but I don't really love eating them. Weird huh? I love eating ice cream. I have been a vegetarian for about five years and I love it. My husband and I love the challenge of making meals meatless. Our food is full of flavor and fun always. 

    Favorite Foods

    I love making all kinds of things! I love making cookies, breads, pretzals, cupcakes and eclairs. Cooking stir frys, veggie burgers, General Taos Tofu, pizza, and pasta ranks high on my list. My favorite restaurant is the Bombay House. It has amazing Indian food paired with great service all in a beautiful environment.
