Shared Recipe A Sauerkraut Like No Other

"Although Sauerkraut is a very German dish, this preparation is certainly out of the norm; however, it is guaranteed to delight all guests, even those not too keen on the dish. By all means, try it before you decide. It's a wonderful preparation! This can be prepared while your pork roast is in the oven. What's sauerkraut without pork roast anyway!?"

    About Me

Since the age of 20, I have enjoyed the art of cooking. More recently, I have really gotten into creating recipes and sharing them with friends and family, most recently posting them online at www.nonchefnick.blogspot.com. I would love to write a cook book someday imbedded with little stories about each recipe. True stories, I might add. I want to open my own little restaurant as well in the futures, nothing too big, just big enough to seat maybe 30, a piano in one corner and old Parisian classics played in the evenings. I've traveled to Paris and the South of France a number of times where my passion for food really began. I call myself nonchef simply because I've no culinary training or degree, have never had a tv show, and my book is not yet written. Booyah to all you fellow nonchefs out there! Would love to hear from you.
