    About Me

I'm a grad student at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. This means I'm always strapped for time (like most people). I live with my long time boyfriend, and our two cats.

I try to find recipes that are quick to make, or that I can make a lot of for leftovers later. I was a vegetarian for 10 years, so I can always appreciate vegetarian foods. We love to grill out and have impromptu barbecues. I don't eat red meat, but love to find new chicken recipes.
