"The problem with fudge is, either it's too soft or too dry and crumbly. This fudge was GREAT! DD says it's the best I've ever made. I cooked it to a soft ball stage and it set up perfect. At this time, I have 2 pieces left. DD tried to make it at high elevation and without a thermometer, said it was grainy and too soft so they ate it over i..."

"I guess this recipe can evolve a little more. Very easy to make, just had to cook a while. Using things on hand, I substituted also. Only had 8oz of tomato sauce, so I used a can of Ro-Tel also and no salsa. It looked a little plain, so 1/2 way thru I added about a cup of instant rice. When finished cooking I put the lid back on. SO is not a f..."

"Thank you PollyB, I was the DF with a birthday and this was great. I don't usually care for curry much and don't eat cooked spinach, but I was game and it was good! I'm usually willing to try new things but and this was one I added to my cookbooks. Will make it when BF comes back to town."

"These are the most decadent peanut butter eggs. They are delicious, velvety smooth and so addictive. The chocolate gets a little awkward thick towards the end and doesn't make such pretty eggs, but they're still good. Mailed them to daughter, they melted a little. She chilled them and they were fine and still very good."
