"The problem with fudge is, either it's too soft or too dry and crumbly. This fudge was GREAT! DD says it's the best I've ever made. I cooked it to a soft ball stage and it set up perfect. At this time, I have 2 pieces left. DD tried to make it at high elevation and without a thermometer, said it was grainy and too soft so they ate it over i..."

"These were made for me and now I will be shopping for bran tomorrow to make my own. I'm not usually a big fan of bran but this was sweet and moist. Will be perfect for just a couple in the mornings with leftovers in the fridge for other mornings."

"Thank you PollyB, I was the DF with a birthday and this was great. I don't usually care for curry much and don't eat cooked spinach, but I was game and it was good! I'm usually willing to try new things but and this was one I added to my cookbooks. Will make it when BF comes back to town."

"Yes, I was wet and wind swept, but never go hungry at the chef's house. This salad was wonderful and full of flavor. I also made it after coming home. Forgot the peppers but still tasted almost as good."

"These are the most decadent peanut butter eggs. They are delicious, velvety smooth and so addictive. The chocolate gets a little awkward thick towards the end and doesn't make such pretty eggs, but they're still good. Mailed them to daughter, they melted a little. She chilled them and they were fine and still very good."

"I am not a cheesecake fanatic, but this one is wonderful. Just a slight hint of coconut flavor. It's even better when the chef makes it for you. Planning this for an addition while daughter is visiting."
