"Very easy.I added sliced carrots( my son needs to eat lots of veggies for a medical condition,used frozen broccoli and omitted the ginger( was all out!. I served it with whole wheat spaghetti( as thats the only noodle I had in the house.Next time I will add some dried crushed red pepper to the marinade because we like the heat, but the flavour ..."

"This is a wonderful recipe.I used about 3tbsp.of minced garlic,(I love garlic, and found the sauce to be too thick, so I added an extra 3/4 cup of milk.(Just my personal preferance.It made lots so I froze the left-overs.Re-heated, both in the micro wave and in a sauce pan on top of the stove and was just as yummy as the first time we had it...."
