    About Me

I love to bake, especially desserts. My family is small, and favor chocolate, so I don't get to make much variety. But I do love baking for them. I have somewhat perfected homemade chocolate pie (from scratch, crust & all), as that is my husbands favorite food. A chocolate pie will last two days in our house of 3 people. I would love to study cooking professionally, but that is a dream waiting to be fulfilled.

    Favorite Foods

Pasta, chocolate, macaroni salad, homemade cinammon rolls like my sister makes (like Grandma made). I'm sure there is more, I just can't think of it right now!
