I am known the world over for my portabello mushroom pasta toss. It's rich, it's hearty, it's... vegan! My favorite restaurant is Blossom, an organic, vegan cafe in Chelsea, NYC. Their vegan cheesecake is waay better than the real thing! My absolute favorite food changes every day. Currently it's this granola I just made and then instantly forgot what I threw in to make it so good!
