"This is absolutely perfect! My 7 year old daughter wolfed them down in no time. I tossed the ingredients in a ziploc bag to ensure they were evenly coated, then cooked them at 350 for 18 minutes. They were still too hard after 15 minutes so I let them go a few more and after 18 minutes they were that perfect tender-crisp consistency. No other ..."

"Wow, this was really great and it smelled fantastic while it was cooking. The only thing that didn't work so well for me was that the chicken skin stuck to the bottom of the pan so when I flipped the thighs over the skin all came off. Otherwise it was very easy and even my picky 7-year old said it was yummy."

"This was really good! I'm not a big fan of the flavor of banana in general so I only used half a banana and two dollops of plain nonfat yogurt to make it creamy."

"I'm not that great of a cook and even I found this pretty easy to make! I found some round zucchini at my local farmer's market (they look like billiard balls and they were perfect for stuffing, but I've also made this with regular long zucchini a few times too. It's really satisfying and the lamb with mint is sooooooo wonderful. I've also add ..."

"This is why I will never be a professional chef right here. I used four different pans and every utensil in the house to make this meal! LOL But it wasn't a difficult recipe. I loved the gorgonzola gravy but combined with mashed potatoes and meatloaf this was a very heavy meal. The texture of the meatloaf was kind of pasty. I think I might t ..."

"Wow! So easy, super fast, and you probably have all the ingredients in the house already. Love it! I used smoked gouda since I didn't have any swiss and it was awesome."

"I made this for Thanksgiving as a side dish and was not impressed at all. The gnocchi was very doughy and bland. The butter sauce had a weird flavor. The whole thing went over like a lead balloon. Guess I'll stick to the more traditional sweet potatoes next time."

"Wow, this was terrific! Easy too. I'm not much of a cook and when I served it even my excellent chef hubby was impressed. I used ribbons of spinach leaves inside instead of scallions but everything else was verbatim. Delicious! I thought I pounded the chicken flat enough but I still had to bake it for 30 minutes to come out done. No matter, ..."

"I used a bag of fingerling potatoes that had the purple ones in there too and my daughter went nuts over them! (They're purple inside as well. They were very good, although I did have to cook them an additional 15 minutes like a previous reviewer said. No big deal. My only criticism is that they just didn't have a lot of flavor other than the ..."

"Tasted really fresh and interesting. Loved the minty flavor with the lamb! I also added chopped mushrooms with the onion and garlic. I think this would be great to make for company - it's different, easy, tastes great, and looks impressive."
