    "According to Johnson which owns Ziplock they do not recommend it. Ziplock bags are safe to about 198 degrees and water boils at 212 so that means the molecules in the plastic are breaking down and entering the food you are eating. Even if you did not see the plastic melt yourself. But if you do not mind a little cancer exposure with your breakfast..."
