    I'm a SAHM in a little backwater town of about 635..not including the cows and stray cats. I looove to cook, really I do, but MUST have a receipe to follow. Unlike my husband, I do not have a creative cooking bone in my body.

    I am also a volunteer Firefigther and EMT. I collect old old cookbooks

    Favorite Foods

    I love to make chicken and dumplings and once a year I make Shrimp Creole for SuperBowl.

    In high school I made meatloaf so good my sister passed up a date to stay home and eat it.

    Today, everyone would leave the house in case I burned it.
