Shared Recipe Cupcake Pan Mexican Meatloaf

    Saturday, Oct 19, 2013 on Food.com

"All credit for this goes to ratherbeswinm' for her Mexican Meatloaf.! I just tweaked the ingredients. For all those followers of traditional Mexican cuisine, this meatloaf does not use tomatoes or onions and is not heavy."

    Reviewed Simple Chocolate Glaze

    Sunday, Sep 22, 2013 on Food.com

This is a wonderful thick glaze! I use this on a chocolate chip bundt cake just spooning the glaze around the top of the bundt cake. Since this glaze only calls for 1 cup of chocolate chips, I sprinkle and press in the extra chips in the glaze so that it looks as though the bundt cake has acquired a chocolate crown!"

    Reviewed Mexican Meatloaf

    Saturday, Sep 21, 2013 on Food.com

This is very fine meatload indeed! Suggestions: use hot salsa and/or fresh hot peppers for a more Mexican flavor. You could also add 1 teaspoon ground cumin and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Using either a regular muffin tin or an ice cream scoop and a baking sheet, this recipe makes enough for a DOZEN mouth-watering meatloafs."
