"This was really yummy. I cooked the veggies and then added them to my rice cooker that I had heated up in advance. Then I added the rice, water and broth. It worked great. I added 1/2 more ingredients and I added more corn than the recipe called for. Hubby said he couldn't stop eating it. Cook's Illustrated recipes are always good. Thanks"

"These were great. I did change the recipe a little. I was out of whole wheat flour and just used all white flour and I used clabbered milk ( add tbsp vinegar to milk to sour it in place of the buttermilk. I used a pasta machine on the widest setting to roll it out, and it worked great. My granddaughter made them into shapes using cookie cutters ..."

"These are fantastic just as written, but next time I will probably reduce the xanthan gum. Teenagers gobbled them up."

I found it was way too hot for us , so I added the rest of the can of coconut milk(13.5 oz can and 1 cup more chicken broth. It was still hotter than I figured my family woul..."

"This recipe is great. I used 1 cup brown rice flour and 1 cup white rice flour. I used honey in place of the sugar. I also used an extra tbsp of rice flour instead of the egg substitute . I used 2 eggs instead of 4 egg whites. I used olive oil instead of canola oil. Also I cover the bread with a tin foil tent after it has baked about 30 to 35 minu..."

"Great recipe. I used hemp milk and 1 tsp cider vinegar to replace buttermilk. It worked great. The teenagers ate them fine. One said they were great, one said they were ok, but buckwheat was something these boys have never eaten before. I personally love them. They make me think of my mom making buckwheat pancakes when we were kids. Thanks for a g..."

"Really really good. I made them last night and I had two really picky 15 year old boys here. They each ate a handful last night and then while I was as work today,, they ate almost all of the rest of them. These boys would never have touched them if they weren't really yummy, let alone eat almost all of them, I did take out the rice and soy flour ..."

"This is really good. Everyone loved it . Even the non gluten free eaters said it was yummy. I did not put the parmesan cheese in it as I avoid dairy. I did add some garlic salt and pepper. I fried it in peanut oil. This will be in my recipe file to make again."
