    Reviewed Easy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

"Super easy to make. I only used two chicken breasts and I liked having enough mix to full cover both breasts well. I just put the mix in a zip lock bag and dropped the chicken in like a shake and bake. I plan on making this again soon."

New Topic Cooking with Clara -Depression Cooking- Tomato Sauce in Recipe Requests - General

"I was watching a youtube video called Cooking with Clara (who is in her mid 90's) and she has a series of videos about how to cook the way her family did in the Great Depression. One of the things she made was a Tomato Sauce for her Spaghetti. The problem is she doesn't actually tell you amounts or how long to cook things exactly. She says she does..."

New Topic Best chicken seasonings? in Cooking Q & A

Reviewed Easy Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

"Very easy to make. I left out the beans. The smell was very strong and it actually cooked sooner than I expected, but it's probably because i used chicken strips instead of breasts. Either way it was fantastic. Don't forget your corn though! I accidently left it out on my second batch and it didn't taste as good."

Reviewed Chicken Breasts with Spicy Honey Orange Glaze

"This turned out really well. I used the juice from 2 fresh oranges and it came out with a sweet orange taste that I loved. I also didn't use the butter. I didn't see the need for it. My only issue is the chicken took forever to cook. Near the end of cooking, I actually added my orange mixture to the pan and cooked it in it for a little bit."
