I am interested in cooking with food that does not include the nightshade family, as well as not containing fruits, meat, eggs, sugar, dairy products, oils or whiteflour of any kind. I am venturing into a brand new lifestyle and would like to only eat two meals a day with no snacking inbetween. Any suggestions or help of any kind would greatly be appreciated.
