"Great and simple bean recipe! The only change I made was using jalapenos in a jar instead of a fresh one. I don't think I'll ever eat traditional refried beans again! Also, it's great cold (or warm with tortilla chips as a bean dip."

"Very good, very easy! I used 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts because that's what I had on hand. When I came to the step of adding the dumplings to the soup, I made them quite small based on other reviews I read. Well, when it was finished cooking, most of my dumplings had dissolved into the soup! It made the broth very creamy and yummy, b..."

"Delicious, healthy muffin! This is probably the best bran muffin recipe I've found. I love that oats are incorporated along with the bran. I used all whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour and added 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and they were fantastic! I omitted the raisins and nuts since I didn't have any on hand. I plan on freezing ..."

"Delicious! This makes for a lovely tea/coffee cookie. I didn't have a lemon in the house, so I used 2 tsp of lemon extract and 2 tbsp of lemon juice....such a great lemon flavor! I also opted to coat them in powdered sugar afterwards instead of granulated sugar beforehand. I will definitely make these again!"

"These were pretty good! I did as other reviewers suggested and rolled the dough into little balls when I put it on the cookie sheet, and they turned out very uniform and pretty. The only changes I made were that I used 1/2 bag of white chocolate chips (6 oz. and only 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts....wow, I'm glad I did. There's no way the dough wo..."

"Delicious! The only change I made was to use 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 all-purpose flour. Very moist and yummy! Will freeze to eat for breakfast."

"All I can say is....WOW! These are amazing and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a pumpkin muffin that was healthy and offered a lot of fiber, yet was also tasty and moist. The only difference I made was that I used oat bran instead of the All-Bran cereal (that's all I had on hand. They turned out great, and next time I hope to have so..."

"Great and easy pie recipe! I added just a pinch of ground cloves to the spice mixture, and I wish I would have added walnuts to the topping like another reviewer did....that sounds so good! Thanks again for posting."

"Awesome tea recipe! I use about 1/3 cup of honey instead of the Splenda due to personal taste, but this is a great way to make a lovely pitcher of tea. Also, I just used hot tap water instead of boiling water to avoid any potential bitterness from the tea (and that makes it even easier as well."

"Oh wow, these are great! They are sooooo soft and full of nutty peanut butter and oatmeal flavors. I halved the recipe and baked it in an 8"x8"x2" brownie pan to make bars instead of cookies, and they turned out fabulous. I really don't like crunchy peanut butter cookies, so these were perfect in my book! Also, the addition of the oats helps m..."
