    Reviewed Pancakes

"Sorry but these were way too sweet. The batter was very easy to work with and the pancakes came out nice and fluffy-the recipe would be amazing with about 1/4 of the sugar"

    "Can I re-use the seals?
The ball book says to boil the jars for 10 minutes but the ball pamphlet say to wash the jars with soap/water, then keep hot. Which is the better way?
Is it ok if I boil the jars, lids, utensils, etc..also?

    About Me

Hello. I am a doctor who loves to cook!  We live in West Palm Beach, FL. The kids are in college so I have a lot more time to try new recipes. I recently have enjoyed participating in the food.com community events.  My hubby ( we have been together since 2007) likes what i cook, most of the time. he gives me the "thumbs up" ( or the thumbs down). My favorite activities include scuba diving, fishing, swimming, gardening ( love my fruit trees) and , of course, cooking.
