"First of all, I love watching Barefoot Contessa and this is the first time I tried one of her receipes. I've tried others from other shows, but I am going to say this was by far the easiest and the most true to what was on the show and in the video (I watched it twice). The chocolate batter was/is incredible! It took longer than 12 mins prep, but, that's because it was my first time. I used a stone jelly roll baking sheet, so, I'm not sure I needed to tap the air out, but, I did and will (its in the oven now) and I would have melted a couple of sticks of butter at a time instead of adding everything at once, but, the chocolate came out GORGEOUS! I've made the brownies for my boyfriend for Valentine's, but, these are great for anytime.
