    Mum of one, boss of the kitchen, i work in childcare so am always interested in fun healthy kids snack ideas, i like to get a little inventive in the kitchen. I enjoy golf, and quiet weekends with my family.

    Favorite Foods

    Being of greek descent i love all food, i enjoy eating immensly! So having a large appetite i tend to cook alot of low fat foods,(it really makes a huge difference). One of my best dishes is my garlic lemon chicken breast, it's yummy! My fave restuarant is a tiny little chinese restuarant in QLD, called silver lake, they have the best, best chinese ever!
