Reviewed Okra and Tomatoes (A.k.a. Okra Gumbo)
"At first I thought this was too simple to really be good. Plus I have never liked okra. But after tasting, this recipe blew me away! The flavors really come together and take the slime away from the okra. Thank you for sharing this classic."

Reviewed Margarita Cheesecake Pie (Easy No-Bake)
"This cheesecake is to die for! I made it for Cinco de Mayo, and I am SO pleased with this recipe. I am a nursing mama, so I used orange juice instead of triple sec and only used 1 Tbs of Tequila. Also, to save time I just used a store-bought graham cracker crust that I had on hand. I did crumble pretzels on the tops of each sliced as I was serv..."

Reviewed Grill Seasoning
"This is delicious! I made this for use in a recipe for chicken sloppy joes, and since I only needed 1 Tbs, I didn't really measure, just eyeballed it. The flavor is wonderful. I will have to try this on some more things in the summer when we fire up the grill."

Reviewed Traditional Artisan Style Baguette - Rustic French Bread
"This is delicious! I am so pleased to have given this a try in my bread-maker. I added the ingredients in the order recommended by my machine, and ran it on the dough cycle. It is MUCH better than the french bread recipe that came with the machine. The dough was also a lot easier to work with. I made 5 smaller sized loaves for French dip sandw..."

Reviewed Mouthwatering Herb Roasted Turkey
"My husband used this recipe for Thanksgiving today. It was by far the best turkey I have ever eaten. The meat was juicy and the spices were phenomenal. The only thing he did differently was he put cloves of garlic in the cavity and where the legs met the body of the bird. Thank you for the recipe, it will be used again."

Reviewed Crock Pot Chicken W/ Black Beans and Cream Cheese...yum!
"Why have I not reviewed this recipe before?? I use this frequently when I know I am going to have a busy day. I personally prefer it with a little less chicken meat, if I am shredding the chicken. Also, as others have indicated, it makes a great dip when the chicken is shredded. Thanks for posting!"

I am the mother of an incredibly easy to feed eight year old and a somwhat picky 18 month old. My kids will try almost anything! My husband, on the other hand, is one of the pickiest guy I've ever met. I LOVE RECIPEZAAR- for the variety, the ease, and the ability to filter by rating, allowing for an outstanding recipe every time!
I love desserts- all of them! I will try any food, and my tastes are quite broad. I've been to Italy and had the best food I've ever had in my life!

"This recipe is an amalgam of a few different recipes in one, made to suit the use of a bread machine. It makes a breathtaking presentation, perfect for company. It took some trial and error to be sure this was baked through, so be sure to test it and make sure it isn't too doughy. This could also be made without the addition of the maple flavori..."
