"I tweaked this a bit, but this recipe gave me a something to start with. I used rice vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar. I used dry mustard instead of dijon. For the oil, I used grapeseed oil. And I added a sprinkling of sugar (maybe 1/2 teaspoon. Instead of a taste test, I was eating it by the spoonful. :"

"Fabulous soup! Admittedly, I altered it enough that it probably blows Weight Watchers' numbers off the chart. I added hamburger, used a whole can of tomato paste, and, for the liquid, used a combo of chicken broth, veggie broth and white wine. Oh, and I topped it with a good portion of parmesan cheese. Yeah, so much for WW, but, oh, it was del..."

"I can't believe I haven't rated this yet. I've made these a good many times. Talk about yummy! I use the leftover's from the Roast "Sticky" Chicken found on this site (can't seem to locate the recipe number, which adds a fabulous flavor to the chicken. I also grate the carrots rather than cut them into small pieces (at the request of my dentu..."

"Very good! Initially I used homemade beef stock rather than water. I then had to add water every now and then as it cooked. Next time, I'll start with water instead of the stock. My neighbor (who often eats with me immediately detected the sugar in it (even though I didn't even add the full tablespoon. He does NOT like sugar in meat dishes,..."

"Very good! I love collecting ways to prepare one of my favorite veggies--bok choy. I added a sprinkle or two of red pepper flakes to kick it up a notch. Turned out very yummy. Thanks for posting!"

"Hrrrmmmm, the five stars didn't show up in my original review, so I'm posting again to make sure it gets the five stars it deserves. : Seems this overwrote the original review. Sheesh, I need to learn how posting reviews works. Third time's a charm....Not sure what I said in the original review except that this makes a FABULOUS salad dres..."

"I'm not going to give this a star rating. Don't get me wrong, what I ended up with is DELICIOUS, but I altered it a bit. I am quite sure I added too much half-and-half cream (not sure how much it was, but it was a full smaller-sized carton, because my soup was a bit thin. I also added chunks of rotisserie chicken. I used a hand-blender to ble..."

"Very tasty! The galangal added a nice touch. I didn't have Thai peppers on hand so used a sprinkling of hot red pepper flakes. I'll definitely be making this often. Thanks for posting it."

"Tasty greens. Mine were on the very mature side, so I was a bit concerned they might be bitter, but they weren't. I used dried herbs, as it's what I had on hand. I used a tad extra balsamic, as well. I'll definitely be making these again (perhaps adding toasted pine nuts--something I like to add to other greens."

"This was surprisingly good given the minimal ingredients and ease of preparation. I changed it a bit by sauteeing onion and then the broccoli and then some mushrooms and garlic. Added a splash of milk while it was pulsing. Topped it with a few sprinkles of red pepper flakes. If I had remembered, I would have topped it with a little parmesan, t..."
