    I'm a graduate student in Biology, when I grow up I want to be a field biologist working with rare and endangered plants.

    Hands down, my favourite cookbook is the Joy of Cooking, the revised edition. It's my cooking bible.

    Favorite Foods

    I love baking breads of all descriptions, and experimenting with recipes from different cultures. Finding a new healthy recipe can sometimes be the highlight of my week. In total contrast to the healthy recipes, I am famous for my pecan pie. My favourite restaurant is an Eritrean place, mostly because it's one of the few occasions where it is socially acceptable to dress up for dinner, and then eat the meal with my hands.
