"Of course, I love a good copycat. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a GOOD COPYCAT. I've made it with regular milk and once with buttermilk ('cause that's all I had). Every time I make these bad boys, they don't last the day."

"I LOVE the Zuppa Tocana at Olive Garden, and to see how close it is to the original, I cooked a batch with this recipe and bought a bowl of it from Olive Garden. Spot on match on taste and I ate on it for a week. BEST. SOUP. EVER."

"The marinade is slap-yo-mama good. It has so many good things going on with it. Also used the same marinade with shrimp minus the lime ('cause lime cooks the shrimp, don't want a ceviche). Also, for authentic eating, I used corn tortillas, topped it with cilantro, minced unyun, and a squirt of lime juice. This is a keeper."

"I use this recipe. It's good without any alterations but of course, I make it my own by putting in shrimp and pineapples towards the end. I figured out how not to burn it in the wok by turning down the heat. I know, duh, but, you live and you learn."
