"This was delicious. I made a few changes as I needed it done in a hurry. I used a 12 oz. can of evaporated milk instead 5 and added the cheese to the mixture. I also sauted my onions. Then I stirred the potatoes into the mixture and baked for 30 minutes. It was very rich and filling. Served it with ham. A big hit with everyone. Way to go S ..."
