    "The best pecan pie I've ever had was at a BBQ restaurant called Percy Street in Philadelphia. This was tasty but nowhere near the best. The texture was pretty decent, I did end up cooking it for about 50 minutes, just until the top didn't jiggle as much when I shook it lightly. Something about the taste seemed off though.
